カレってどんな人？？ ＜人事担当者より＞
初めてお会いした時、目をキラキラさせて、いろんな事を語ってくれました。
なぜカウンセラーになったのか･･･、どんなカウンセラーになりたいのか･･･、
こんな事をやってみたい！と夢も語ってくれました。
そして、帰り際に、「面接を受けられることだけでも、嬉しい！有難う御座いました！」
と律儀に礼儀正しかったのが印象的でした。
単に、礼儀正しかったわけではありません・・・
すごく心がこもっていた言葉・・・意思伝達でした。
悩みって、「答えはひとつではない」･･･yes or no の世界ではありませんよね。
人それぞれの答えがたくさんあります。
澤村さんは、きっと悩める人それぞれに、一生懸命向き合う！そんな確信が持てました。

はじめまして。
『〈聞き上手〉の法則 』を拝読いたしました。
最期の「あとがきに代えて」の箇所がとても心に響きました。
ありがとうございます。
その一方、本文ですが、いくらなんでもここまで聖人になる必要があるのかとも思いました。
聞き上手も大事でしょうが、相談室と違い、現実の世界では、
相手をかえってつけ上がらせ、聞き手を子分か奴隷のごとく扱いはじめるのではないか、私はそのように危惧しました。
ナポレオンではありませんが、「マキャヴェリだけは裏切らない・・・。」
と最終的に考えるのが一般だと思います。
特に105ページの恋人の会話は、力関係の推移を考慮に入れておらず、やさしく受け止めれば天下太平が訪れるかのごとき印象を受けました。
少し甘くありませんでしょうか？
なんでもやさしく受け止める聖人君子もけっこうですが、現実社会で生きていく以上、毅然とした態度も世の中には必要だと思います。ニコニコしていいんだよ、いいんだよ、それはわがまま上司や関白配偶者への隷属の第一歩かと・・・。
