みなさん　こんにちは。

メンタルアップ　新カウンセラーの足柄山の金太郎こと

田代です。

金太郎ブログ（金ブロ）第４弾をお届けします。

あなたの身近に「あの人とは話をしたくないよ。どうも苦手だな・・・」と思う人はいませんか?

　そうですよね、ひとりやふたりは必ずいるものです。

「話の長い人」「自慢ばかりする人」「人のうわさばかりする人」など・・・

本当にうんざりしてしまいますよね。

このような人に対しては「ごめんなさい、今急ぎの用があるから・・・」など、適当に切り上げるようなすべを身につけたいものです。

さて、この話はさて置きまして、きょうは日常的な「話す、聞く」の会話についてお話しさせていただきたいと思います。

先日、ＮＨＫの「ためしてガッテン!」という番組をみていたら、話がはずむ会話のポイントについて取り上げていました。

２人一組になって“話す人”“聞く人”を決め、四組くらいのペアを作って実験が始まりました・・・

話す人に条件が与えられました。

話題は自分の最近の出来事や趣味など自由なのですが、話すときの表情は

“たてじわをよせて、相手をあまり見ないで暗い表情で話して下さい”

という条件になっていました。

話し手は全員男性で一斉に話し始めました・・・

聞き手は全員女性で、話がつまらなくて聞きたくないなと感じたら足もとのスイッチを押してライトを点けることになっていました。

もちろんこのライトは当人同士には見えません。

さあいよいよ実験開始です・・・早い人はたった５秒程度でライト点灯！

・・・一分もたたないうちに全員がスイッチを押し始めました。

一方の男性諸君はそれでもしばらく一生懸命話しつづけていましたが相手の女性が上の空だと分かると話をやめてしまいました。

まったく会話がストップしてしまったのです。

こんどは条件が変わり

『笑顔で、相手の方を見ながら語りかける』

ということで二回目の実験が始まりました。

どうなったと思いますか?

　驚いたことになんと終了の合図があるまで、だれのライトも一回も点灯しませんでした。

相手の女性は退屈しないで楽しそうな表情で話を聞いていました。

男性もますますいい調子になって話が弾んでいました。

話の内容を落語に変えたとかということではなく一回目の実験と同じ内容なのに、いったいどうしたんでしょうか?

もうお気づきですよね。

そうなんですよ『笑顔』なんです！

話し手は『笑顔』で話をし、聞く方も『笑顔』でうなづきながら話を聞いていたから話に花が咲いた・・・ということになったんですよ。

みなさんの職場ではいかがでしょうか？

身の回りではいかがでしょうか？

丁寧なことばづかいをしよう!

お客様には敬語を使おう!・・・というのは当たり前のことですが、これからはだれでもすぐにできる

『笑顔で話し合おう！』

を合言葉にしたいものです。

ストレス免疫力の向上の第一歩は『笑顔がいちばん！』なのかも知れませんね。

お金がかからない、こんな簡単なことでお互いに心温まるコミュニケーションが築ければ、心の病なんかどこかに飛んで行ってしまうような気がします。
