メンタルアップカウンセラーの白神美央です。
「カウンセリング」って聞くと
病的なイメージや敷居が高いイメージ
自分は関係ないなあ・・・と思われる方も
多いと思います。
では「自分の心に向き合って本当の答えを探す」
と聞くとどうでしょうか？？
少し近くに感じられましたか？
「カウンセリング」は皆様が思っているほど
特別なこと、非日常的なこと
病的なこと、だけではありません。
どんな人でも、
心がすっきりしないなあ、
人間関係で悩みを抱えているなあ、
自分のことがよくわからないなあ、
これからどうすればいいかわからないなあ、
なりたい自分になるにはどうすればいいのかなあ、
などなど
ちょっとした心のトラブルを抱えたり
将来のことを考えたり
過去に何かにとらわれていることもあると思います。
そんなときに
抱えているものから目をそむけないで、
自分の心に向き合って
心の声を聞いて
自分の中にある本当の答えと解決策を探していく・・・
そのように「カウンセリング」を考えていただければと思います。
