梅雨に入りジメジメとした日々が続いていますね。

最近では心のケアもだいぶ浸透してきて
カウンセリングに通われる方も増えてきたのですが
よく話を聞いていると
心のケアは頑張っているのに
体のケアができていない！ということもあります。
せっかく心をケアしていても
心の器となる体を壊してしまったら
元も子もありません・・・。
また逆も言えますね。
体ばかりを鍛えていても
内面の心をおろそかにしていては
心のダメージを受けて体も壊れてしまいます。
例えば
●マッサージに行ったり
●軽い運動をしたり
●体に良いものを食べたり
●睡眠をたっぷりとったり
そのような体のケアと
●カウンセリングを受けたり
●友達や家族とのおしゃべりを楽しんだり
●趣味を楽しんだり
●旅行に行ったり
そのような心のケアをして
自分なりの心と体のケア方法を見つけて
心と体のバランスをとりながら
心身共に健康を保つようにしましょう☆
