こんにちは。
カウンセラーの須藤直子です。
私は子どもが大好きです。
口に子どもといっても、その成長はめまぐるしく、発達段階によって（社会経験によって？！）その資質や性格までも違ってきます。
もちろん彼らを取り巻く環境要因が一番大きく、また持って生まれた性質も成長発達に大きく関係してくることは周知のことだと思います。
けれどそれらを全部ひっくるめて、基本的に無邪気で怖いもの知らずの彼らが私は大好きです。
私は仕事柄、毎日子どもたちと接しているのですが、同じ職場に子どもたちから絶大な支持を得ている人がいます。
その人はとても気さくな屈託ない人で、何故かその人の周りは空気が穏やかに流れているような印象を受けるほど、とても自然体のオーラを身につけています。
その人は週に2日の勤務で私と顔をあわせるのは、そのうちの１日だけ。
わずか１日ですが、その人と一緒に仕事をするのがとても楽しいと感じています。
もちろんプライベートでも、きっと友達がたくさんいるんだろうなと思わせるような人で、万が一今後どちらかが職場を離れていく場合、親しい友人としてキープさせてもらいたいと思うほどです。
前回のブログ「羨望」に続きますが、私はその人のことをとてもうらやましく思っています。
その人の子どもに好かれる自然体のオーラは、きっと一朝一夕にできたものではない、もって生まれた資質なのでしょう。
なのでどうあがいて真似してみても、私が身につけられる器ではないということは一目瞭然。（その人にはなれなくても、その人の素敵なところは自分の中に取り入れられるように努力はしていくつもりです）
「○○を目指している」という目標をもち、努力しているその人。
応援したい思いを持ち合わせながら、密かにライバル視もしている私です（笑）
さあ、１週間で顔を合わせる唯一の貴重な１日。
その時間を無駄にはしないで、その人から吸収できるものは、全部吸収するつもりで接していきたいと思っています。
あくまで自然体に・・・あ、もう力が入ってますよね（笑）
