カウンセラーの須藤直子です。
誰かのことを「羨ましい」と思ったことは、きっと誰でも一度や二度はあるでしょう。
”隣の芝生は青く見える“とはよく言われますが、時に自分以外の他人はみんな幸せそうで、何の悩みも苦しみもなく順風満帆に日々を送っている、という錯覚や印象を覚えてしまうものです。
特に自分に自信がなく自己評価の低い人ならなおさらその思いはぬぐいきれないかもしれません。
それはまさに10代の頃の私の姿でした。
人一倍劣等感の強かった私は、自分よりも恵まれた環境にある人を目の当たりにすると（容姿や学歴、居住環境などトータルして）その人と自分の境遇を比べては自己嫌悪に陥り、深い落ち込みからなかなか抜け出せない悪循環の中で葛藤を繰り返していました。
いろんな事を試行錯誤しながら、自己解決の道を模索していったわけですが、自分の持って生まれた性質はそう簡単には変わらないもので、情けないことに今でもやはり、誰かのことを”羨ましい“と思ってしまうことがあります。
けれど私も時を重ね、それなりの経験を重ねて成長したのでしょう。
相手のことを目に見える材料だけで判断するのではなく、もっとその内面にも思い馳せられるような想像力が養われてきたのです。
幸せそうに笑っている人が、本当に”幸せ”とは限らないのではないかと。
人には理解できないこと、その人にしか分からないことは、きっと誰でも1つや２つ抱えているかもしれません。
それを人には見せないで（見せられないから）笑っている？ 笑うしかない？ のかもしれませんね。
誰でも背負っているものがあるのだとすれば、その人のことを「羨ましい」と思っている自分もまた、相手からは「羨ましい」と思われていることだって十分ありえると思います。
他人と自分を比べて一喜一憂するのではなく、「私はこれ」という確固とした自分だけの”絶対的な幸せ“を内奥に輝かせていきたいですね。
私もまた成長段階ですが、あせらずじっくり自分と付き合っていきたいと思っています。

I'd been in the beginning treated using Intense pulsed light which isn't the best method for hair removal. I started out with full leg laser hair removal. I went to a good Physician who applied a good older fractional laser device yet was left with uneven parts. And then I thought I would invest in a no no hair removal. I'm delighted and will be starting some other areas of my body soon. Their pricing also fit my spending budget which is really a substantial perk.

In the past I used shaving to remove my excessive hair but it was so uncomfortable that I needed to quit. I gave waxing a try and it worked ok but was sort of tedious. So I took a couple months looking at the silkn hair remover. I actually purchased the laser hair remover and was suprisingly pleased with the results. It offered me permanent hair removal at an affordable price tag. I definitly recommend it to everyone instead of waxing.

Way back I used sugaring to remove my excessive hair however it was so stressfull that I decided to look for alternatives. I gave waxing a try and it performed so-so but was often times slow. So I used a few weeks researching the tria hair removal unit. I actually used the laser hair removal and ended up being completely suprised with the results. It offered me fast hair removal at an unbelievable cost. I absolutely recommend it to anybody in place of sugaring.
