今日は一日雨でした。
ただいま関東は台風接近中。
どうも湿っぽくて、なんとなく気分がどよ～んとしている人もいることと思います。
かくいう私もその1人。
体調的にもすっきりしない日々が続いています。
しかし、逆に考えてみました。
体調的にも気分的に前にがんがん進めないとき。
もしかすると、ちょうど今、自分の生活や人間関係、人生など身の回りのことを振り返ってみるよいチャンスかもしれません。
みなさんも、環境だけでなく自分自身のことについて振り返り、
今年の後半戦の方向性を調整するというのはどうでしょう。
