こんにちは。

カウンセラーの須藤直子です。

実は２週間ほど前のことになりますが、大好きだった私の祖母がなくなりました。

慌しくもバタバタと近隣、親類縁者を集めた葬儀も無事終わり、ホットひと息ついているところなのですが、不思議なことに祖母がいないという実感がわかず、何だか不思議な気分でいます。

田舎で一人暮らしをしていた祖母を訪ねて、年に1度は里帰りし、その度に喜んでくれていた祖母の顔が今でもはっきりと目に浮かびます。

享年93歳の大往生した祖母の最期は、本当に笑っているようなとても幸せそうな表情をしていました。

その顔を見て私は思わず、その人の生きた「生き様」が表情となって最期に表れるのではないか、と思ってしまったほどでした。

どうか祖母がどこにあっても、幸せでありますように。

大好きな人との別れは、本当に切なくつらいものですよね。

けれどその人との思い出が色あせないように、大切な人はいつも心の中に存在しているのだと思います。

え？　そんなこと今さらいわなくても分かってるって？！　そうですよね（笑）

私は今回のことで、感覚としてそのことが分かったような気がします。

そして、別れてしまったけれど、大好きな人とはいつかきっと、また巡り会えるような、そんな気もしています。

根拠はないのですが、かなり確信しています。

時々故人との思い出に思いを馳せて、共通の知り合いと語り合ってみるのも素敵ですね。

私もこの夏は、祖母との思い出をたどりにまた里帰りしてのんび時間を過ごしてこようと考えています。

Strange this post is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it was listed on the first page. I guess your doing something right if Google likes you enough to put you on the first page of a non related search. :)
