カウンセラーの須藤直子です。
先日、家族＆従兄弟の総勢９人で仙酔島というところへ行ってきました。
仙酔島とは広島県福山市に位置し、観光名所でもある鞆の浦から、連絡船に乗っておよそ５分のところにある島なのですが、国民宿舎と旅館がもう一軒あり、夏は海水浴、キャンプができ自然が息づく素晴らしい場所で夜は何と無人島になるというのです。
私たちはそこで２泊しましたが、全室オーシャンビューの部屋から見る景色は素晴らしく、温泉はとても種類が多くて、瀬戸内で獲れる魚は新鮮で美味しくて、たちまちその島の虜になってしまいました。
この島日本でも有数のパワースポットでエネルギーのとても高い場所だそうです。
日本で唯一“五色岩”があることでも有名で（五色岩というのはどのようなものなのかは、調べてみてください）とても素敵な思い出を作ることができました。
家族や従兄弟たちとは近年一緒に過ごすことが多くなってきましたが、親しい人たちと素敵な時間を共有するということは、それだけで満ち足りて自分の中にいいエネルギーがいっぱいになっていくような気がします。
是非大好きな人たちと、素敵な場所で楽しい思い出をたくさん作ってみてください。きっと新しい自分を発見することでしょう。
