みなさんは、ストレスがたまってしまった時どうやって解消していますか？
スポーツをして思い切り身体を動かしたり、友達とカラオケに行って思い切り歌ったり、ショッピングや大好きな甘いものを食べて解消することもあるかもしれません。
それだけではなくマッサージをして身体を労ったり、旅行に出かけて日常の景色からちょっとかけ離れ非日常を味わってみたり、とうこともあるでしょう。
ただ忙しさにかまけて本当はストレスを感じているのに、自分でその自覚がないまま日々をやり過ごしている方も多いのかもしれませんね。
最近イライラして、思わず家族や親しい人に八つ当たりしてしまったり・・・という声を聞いたりもします。
きっとその都度ストレスを溜めないで解消できていると、誰かに八つ当たりなんてこともないのだろうけど、悲しいかな、なかなか私たちは我慢してしまうことが多くて、常にストレスフリーの状態でいることは難しいですよね。
その中でも“怒り”は二次的な感情であることが多いと言われています。
それは、本当は悲しくてたまらないのだけど、誰も気づいてくれない“怒り”だったり、欲求不満や寂しさからくる”怒り“だったり・・・世間でおとなしいとされる人たちが、思わずあっと言わせるような事件を起こしてしまうことがあって、「どうして、あの人が？」と誰もが首を傾げてしまうことがよくありますよね。
でもきっとその人にとっては必然で、きっと誰にも言えずに（どこにも発散できずに）自分の中に感情を溜めて溜めて、もうこれ以上ないというくらいパンパンにして爆発してしまったということなのでしょう。
日ごろからストレスをこまめに解消するということがいかに大切なことである、というのがよく分かりますよね。
“号泣力”聞いたことがある方もたくさんいらっしゃると思います。
読んで字のごとく「号泣する力」のことです。
と言っても子どもじゃないんだし、大の大人が人前でなんかそうそう泣けませんよね。
もちろん人前で泣くわけではなくて、誰もいない空間で、一人になったときに思い切り泣いていいんです！
涙は人を癒すと言われています。
余談ですが、女性は涙を流した分だけ幸せになれる、というのは本当なのでしょうか？？
もし本当なら私は誰よりも「幸せになれる」と確信します（笑）
時には不遇な過去のことを思い出したり、ありえなかった出来事に思い切り浸るのだっていいと思います。
涙を流すことでカタルシスが得られ、癒されていく自分を感じることでしょう。この“号泣力”私は自分の特技にしたいと思っています。
