こんにちは。
カウンセラーの須藤直子です。
友人と念願の骨盤矯正に行ってきました。
骨盤矯正といってもいろいろなところで施されていて（例えば整体とか整骨院なんかで受けられますよね）私も試しにいろんな場所へ行ってみましたが、果たして骨盤ってちゃんと矯正されているのか？？？といった疑問が頭に浮かんできます。
実際目に見えるわけでもないし、ただ自分の感覚として、何となく気持ちがいいとか、プロポーションが良くなってるかな？といったものでしょうか。
すこしO脚気味の私は、O脚を治すならまずは骨盤矯正からと思い立ち、しばらく通ってみることに決めたのでした。
いくつかある場所でそこに決めたのは、体験に行ってみて直感で「ここだ！」とひらめいたからなのでした。
毎週通ってみて、自分で自覚できていない肩凝りや背中の痛みなど、押されて痛い場所がいくつも見つかりました。
友人も同じで、やはり自分で自覚できてない場所が非常に凝っている、ということでした。
私たちってやっぱり、思っている以上に日々自分に負荷を与えて生活しているのかもしれません。
だから時にはマッサージとか（苦手に思う人もいるかもしれませんが）テラピーなどの施術を受けて凝りを解したり、身体を労わってあげることが必要なのだと思います。
自分のことになると後回しにしてしまう人も多いでしょうが、自分の健康あっての家族の幸せだったり、誰かの笑顔だったりするので、そこはきちんと割り切って、まずは自分を解すことを試みてほしいと思います。
自分を解して得られた良いパワーで、今度は誰かを癒してあげることはできるのですから。
