今回は質の良い睡眠についてお話をしたいと思います。
良い眠りをとることは
ストレスの緩和につながります☆
前日に起きた嫌なことをリセットするのにも
眠りは効果的です。
嫌なことを眠って忘れて
次の日になったらすっきりしていたことありませんか？？
それだけではなく眠ることは
何かひらめきを得るにも効果的です。
夜に考え事をしてだらだらと起きているよりは
さっと眠って次の日の朝にパッとひらめいたことを
まとめる方が効果的です☆
最近クライアント様からの主訴として
「眠れない・・・」とか
「眠りが浅い・・」
「なかなか寝付けない」
「朝起きれない」という相談を
受けることも多いです。
質の良い睡眠を取るためにお薦めの方法は
●自分にとって良い睡眠時間を知ること
●朝起きたときに朝日を浴びること
●湯船にゆっくりと浸かること
●軽く運動をすること
などがあります。
その他にも
●ラベンダーのアロマを焚くこと
●カモミールティーを眠る前に飲むこと
なども効果的です（＾＾
また人は何かに抱きつくことによって
安心する→よく眠れるということもあるので
↓のような抱き枕を使ってみるのも良いかもしれませんね♪
