こんにちは、心理カウンセラーの木村博旨です。
サッカーに興味のない方には今回はちょっとわかりにくいかもしれませんが、
なるほど～と思ったことがあったので、少々お付き合いください。
日本で毎年この時期恒例のサッカーの各大陸のクラブチームのチャンピオンが集まって、世界一を決めるための大会が行われます。
実力的には、ヨーロッパと南米の代表が飛びぬけているのですが、
今回は私の好きな浦和レッズがアジアの大会で優勝し、アジアチャンピオンとして出場したので、いつもより気合を入れてTV観戦しました。
レッズは、最終的には３位という好成績をおさめました。
特に準決勝では、日本のチームがヨーロッパの強豪チームと対戦するという、サッカーファンにとっては夢のようなカードが実現しました。
もちろん、実力的にはかなりの差があったのですが、試合後の選手の表情もくやしいというよりも、やったという晴れやかな顔をしている選手が多かったと思います。
その結果（1-0で惜しくも敗戦）に対してのヨーロッパのチームのアドバイザーの話がとても興味深いものでした。
日本のチームに足りないものは何かと聞かれたときに、技術力でも体力でもなく、彼は、
「ヨーロッパのチームに勝てるんだと信じること」というようなことを言いました。
それを聞いて、ドキッとしました。
確かに私も、おそらく日本のほとんどの人が、善戦はするけど勝つことはないだろうと思っていなかっただろうか。
これでは、勝てっこないはずです。
サッカーに限らず、端からこれは無理と思ってしまっていることってないだろうか。
もしかしたら、結構あるかもしれません。
試合の内容とともにとても心に残った一言でした。

@Markus I get your drift on where you were going there. I often think of my past and use it as a means to analyze where I am and where I want to get to. Where I struggel is balancing it all out. How do you guys balance things out?

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don't have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn't write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.

My mum and I wish to develop a blogging site much like this for our internet site, I stumbled across your website looking for ideas on the theme and layout.
