本日、2008年5月3日、メンタルアップは設立４周年を迎えました。

遡って設立当時の４年前、メンタルヘルスという言葉でさえも、浸透しておらず、
言葉の普及から弊社はスタートしております。
数年間に亘って、実際に体験して頂き、ご自身のメンタルヘルス方法の気づき、そして、
メンタルヘルスの効果を実感して頂くことに専念してまいりました。
“利用したい人だけ、どうぞご利用ください”というスタンスではなく、

メンタルヘルスとは、特定の人に当てはまるものではなく、人間誰でも必要なものなのです。
たとえば、職場で苦手な人がいるとします。
苦手な人と関わらずにすごそうと思えば、業務上に支障が出て、
最悪なケースは異動や職場を去らなければいけない事態をひきおこします。
苦手な人と関われば傷ついてしまったり、イライラしたり、一日気分が悪くなったりします。
どちらを選んでも辛い状況なのは、いうまでもありません。

@Markus I get your drift on where you were going there. I often think of my past and use it as a means to analyze where I am and where I want to get to. Where I struggel is balancing it all out. How do you guys balance things out?
