こんにちは、心理カウンセラーの木村博旨です。
気候も大分暖かくなり、春らしくなってきました。
私にとっては、花粉症の季節ということで、ちょっぴり憂鬱な季節でもあります。
といっても私の体調の問題で、季節的には毎日がとても過ごしやすくなってきました。
さて、春は卒業、入学、新学期の季節。
日本の学校の新学期が４月になっているというというのも、春を迎えて、
心も体も快適になってくるこの時期に、新たに学年のスタートをきるのがよりスムーズになるからという背景もあるのかも。
冬の時期よりも体も動きやすくなっているこの時期。
何も学生さんだけが新スタートを独占しているわけではないはず。
この期に、やろうと思っていたけど、なんとなく億劫だし、きっかけもないし、のびのびになってしまっていたことに、もう一度チャレンジしてみませんか。
ちなみに、私のなかなかできなかったこと。
Mixiをはじめとする日記の再開です。
再スタートするつもり。
このブログでも結果を報告したいと思いますので、こうご期待。

Strange this post is totaly unrelated to what I was searching google for, but it was listed on the first page. I guess your doing something right if Google likes you enough to put you on the first page of a non related search. :)
