こんにちは、心理カウンセラーの木村博旨です。
大分暖かくなったと思ったら、雨で涼しくなったり、なかなか安定しない天気が続いていますが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。
季節性のうつ病というものが存在するように、気候は人の心に結構影響与えているもの。
私は、つら～い花粉症シーズンからちょっと抜けて、それだけでも快適な日々を送っています。
ただ、そのせいもあってか、ちょっと油断して夜遅い日が続き、体調を崩し気味です。
気候も暖かくなり、快適になるとついつい無理をしたり、大丈夫だろうと思って体に負担をかけてしまいがち。
気候的にも快適な今だからこそ、体にやさしい生活して、よい循環（体調がよい→メンタル的に余裕→物事がうまく進む→体に負担がかからない→体調がよい）をつくっていくことが、メンタルにもよい影響を及ぼします。
まずは、今出来ることから。
今日から、ちょっとだけ体にやさしく過ごしてみませんか。
